Registration is now on-going at the Pro Shop. Please submit your partner's handicap upon registration. Guest entry fee is Php 1,500.00.

Our Annual Stockholders' Meeting will be held on
10 September 2010, Friday, at 12 o'clock Noon at the Grille Room located at the Country Club. The election of Directors to sit on the Board for the year 2010-2011 is on the Agenda, and nominations are now being accepted.

Deadline for submission of nominations is 23 July 2010. Nomination forms duly filled out and signed may be faxed to (043) 756-7933 or (043) 756-7005. We hope to see you at the meeting!

Chiristmas is just around the corner, and if you are looking for venues to hold private or corporate gatherings, bear the Club in mind! Attractive packages have been created by our Sales & Marketing Department headed by Ms. Ria Nario.

SUMMER SPORTS 2010

Php 75,000.00 all in! This is the promo rate for associate membership for one year for Filipino citizens. Php 85,000.00 for foreign nationals. This promo includes annual dues and all the assessments, with eight (8) vouchers for eight (8) free nights at the Club Hotel. Members who endorse are given a great incentive for helping increase membership.

PROPRIETARY MEMBERSHIP CARDS

The Club is in the process of replacing membership cards come mid-2010. Proprietary members are requested to please e-mail their most recent ID photos to membership@malarayat.com. Members are encouraged to send their photos early, so they can be processed ahead of the rest.

IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP UPDATE

The Board of Directors has approved to lower the cost of transfer fees to Php 100,000.00 for a period of six (6) months, from 1 December 2009 to 31 May 2010 only. After said period, transfer fees will revert back to its original cost of Php 150,000.00. Members are requested to take advantage of this, and register their untransferred shares within this limited period.
